A disabled friend of mine came from southern Taiwan.
He said on Saturday Father's Day, [88 Festival] that
Typhoon, Morakot, kept its the density of thunder cloud
and droped the torrential rain rapily into his village.
Quite a few pollice-men, they had paid attention to set up
the yellow lines for inhabitants to prevent their accidents.
Suddenly, pollice-men wasted time and saw by their eyes
that looked at and went to the rescure , a man swam back
from the river to bank.
This man was found that he was a Egypt's teacher in Taiwan.
It's said that Morakot caused the worst floods, leaving
dozens of persons dead and a lot of people missing.
It's really a catastrophe in Taiwan.
