You can from the Doubletree Guest Suites in Times Square. They have parade view rooms, but they are quite expensive and usually have a 3 night minimum. The rates depend on which floor you'll be on. The 8th-12th floor have the best view since that is where the baloons are almost at eve level. Go too high and you're just looking down and not really sure what you're seeing.
They also sell out quickly. They usually go on sale the week after Thanksgiving for the following year.

The Doubletree customer Suites circumstances sq. has parade view rooms. They sell out very immediately commencing in early December for the subsequent year's parade. they're additionally very costly and characteristic 3 night minimum continues to be, so plan on spending a minimum of $3,500 for a room on point with the balloons. And no motel alongside the path has balconies.
