    y = ax² + bx + c

    Vertex

    x-coordinate is (-b/2a)

    y-coordinate is whatever results from using the x

    x = 2 ( also axis of symmetry)

    y = -1

    vertex is (2, -1)

    I can find the vertex of the parabola, but I am unaware of any curve named 'vertex parabola !'

    f(x) = x^2 - 4x + 3 = (x - 2)^2 - 1

    The vertex is at: (2, - 1)
