I have coupons for buy ritz get wheat thins for free now can I use a dollar off coupon for the ritz as well ?

You need to read the terms and conditions on the back or in small print at the bottom of both coupons. If either of them says it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, or similar words, then you can't use them both at once. If not, you should be ok.
