I need help comparing two paintings...?

i need to compare two paintings

1. Sweet Bowl - Patrick caulfield

2. Sunflowers, Vincent Van gogh

They're pretty different but i still need help

    well, i think that "sweet bowl" seems much simpler and less detailed. i think there's less emotion and depth than "sunflowers." there's also a big difference in the tones of the paintings. van gogh uses warmer colors for a brighter mood, while caulfield uses cooler colors. a similarity is the usage of monochromatics. however, caulfield adds in a burst of different colors within a single area of his painting, while van gogh stays true to his color scheme, only drawing away from it in small areas throughout the painting.

    i might pass with Picasso and Van Gogh, for obtrusive motives. Their varieties are thoroughly diverse, yet they do have some similarities (the two used stable, formidable hues, working example).
