What is the Kentucky Bluegrass highway called on the map?

We're travelling through from oklahoma to charleston west virginia, and someone said take the kentucky bluegrass highway (we want to avoid the interstates) Mapquest is no help, and all I see in the road maps are numbered highways.

It's a stretch of divided highway (which is just the same as an interstate) that runs between Elizabethtown (south of Louisville) and Versailles, just outside Lexington. It isn't very long. The same road begins as the Wendell H. Ford Parkway where it begins in the southwest part of KY. It begins at exit 42 off I-24. From Lexington, where it ends, you'll want to pick up I-64 east into WV.
