buy stock today and sell tommorow and in same day of selling stock can i buy it again .ya i now it is not pos?

if i buy stock today and sell tommorow and in same day of selling stock can i buy it again .ya i now it is not possible in intrday then which scheme is it possible

    Certainly it is possible to do exactly what you have stated.

    You can buy/sell a stock within seconds of each trade being confirmed.

    However, like you stated as well, the more often this happens, the more likely you will need to be filed as a day-trader with your broker.

    what would be the point? you would be paying 3 sales commissions in 2 days. you can't make much money only holding a stock one day and paying 2 sales commissions - that's just stupid.

    and if you lost money and rebuy the same stock within 30 days, you cannot deduct the loss on your taxes. - IRS rule
