I don't think that I would enjoy it... that's not something that I'd be able to do as a top, and there's just no enjoyment in it for the bottom.

I guess some other guys would like it, since they get stimulation without having to worry about disease transmission, but again it seems like there's nothing in it for the bottom.

It makes me happy, conceptually.
It was favored by the ancient Greeks and Japanese. Anal sex was considered very disrespectful to the receiving party and really wasn't popular. If you consider what conditions used to be like, it makes sense that they would prefer intercrural sex. Anal sex has some aspects that would have been rather troublesome before condoms and soap.
If the ancient Greeks and Japanese(cultures that had long histories of culturally acceptable homosexual sex) favored this type of sex above all others, it sounds good enough to me.

Having said that, I have no experience with penis, so I cannot say much for the experience side of things. But I presume that if you liked the person it could be rather fun. I am really not a fan of the common assumption that gay sex is anal sex, so any other options make me happy.
