Can i lose by Bench pressing only?
Im am to lazy to go jog outside and jsut want to bench press can i lose weigh that way?

No, you'll have awesome arms and chest and back but a big old belly ruining your look. Reduce your sugar, fat and carb intake. Eats lots of lean protein and vegetables and take protein shakes on training days. As your body improves, so will your energy levels and you will probably find that you want to take in more cardio workouts.
