In Lost Odyssey for Xbox 360, Can you have more than 5 Party Members in your Battle Party?

At the moment i am on Disk 2 and I can only Put five characters into my Battle Party on the Formation Tab. Is it possible to put more on? Or do i unlock this later on in the Game?

5 is the limit for the whole game. Get used to swapping people in and out of your party to make sure some people don't get too far behind in levels.
