How often should I excercise?

I'm 5'10 and range anywhere between 130-140 lbs(on the scale) don't know if thats pure fat weight but water weight. How often should I excercise?

    1 hour 4 to 5 times a week.Ask a professional trainer at the gym.Or if you can get one and get weighed and measured once a week and they will know if your holding water or not.

    every day at least 30 minutes

    alternate 2 days resistance

    4 days walking,jogging,or swimming

    best choice is walking

    rest and let your body

    recuperate 1 whole day

    eat smaller portions,mostly protein,

    carbs and eliminate most fat(not all of it)

    2 weeks see body change

    at least one hour per day..... half an hour if your over around 30
