Is this a healthy diet?
Breakfast - Porridge made with water and a bit of milk with dried apricots [200 calories]
Lunch - Cheese baguette and glass of milk [600 calories]
Snack - Raw veg salad [100 calories]
Dinner - Lentil soup, 1 chapatti and low-fat natural yoghurt [600 calories]
Snack - Fruit salad [300 calories]
That's about 1800 calories and I obviously don't eat this every single day. I eat between 1500 to 2000 calories, but always under 2000. I also drink atleast 2 litres of water and exercise 30 minutes everyday [either 5km run or 10 miles of cycling].
Is this a generally good, balanced, healthy lifestyle?
I'm 5ft7.5 and I weigh 130lbs if that helps...
