In world of warcraft, do priests have a spell to get their mana back up?

There is no spell that will draw mana out of an enemy and give it back to you. However, Spirit Tap will increase your spirit after a kill that grants honour or experience. This increases your mana regeneration by 100% out of combat and 85% (I think) while still IN combat. It's totally worth it to spec this.

The first tier of talents in the shadow tree has spirit tap, which will increase your spirit (mana regen) when you kill a mob.
