question for athletes?
hey guys. what do u honestly think of this. im male, 5'11/180cm, 79kg/175lbs and i do 3 sets of 1 legged squat aka pistol squat. 16 reps for 3 sets, for each leg. 3 sets of 16 repetitions of one leg squat for each leg. takes about 6 minutes to complete. properly done. all the way down all the way up. controlled movement. no momentum. what do u think? be honest please.

Try weighting your squats next time you do them.
