Every different dechlorinator is a little different in terms of dosing, what brand do you have? It should have very clear instructions on the bottle of how much you need to add - some may be in litres though and not gallons, 25 US gallons is around 95 litres.

Hard to say without knowing the maker of the chemical.

Best thing to do is to read your instructions on the chemical. If they don't specifically cover 25 gallon tanks then round up and dose for a thirty gallon tank.

5 to 8 drops per gallon and that's 15 ml for 25 gallons.

    2.5-3 tsp.

the rule is 1 tsp per 10 gallons.
