How to put ipod touch apps onto a different ipod?

yeh i bought some apps on my ipod now i want to put them onto my friends ipod but i cant. when i sync them off my computer it doesnt work.. please help

It's not able to work because the app is bought for your iPod Touch only. If you want it to work, you would have to literally sync his iPod Touch to your iTunes, deleting all of his music, apps, photos, etc. and replacing it with yours.
