Paul Eli - i like a lot, sounds good, you could also go a 2 syllable middle name though for better flow, maybe Paul Darcy, Paul Leon, Paul Logan.

Abel - one of my favourites, i dont think its old fashioned, more unique these days. I would go Abel James, Abel Lewis, Abel Lucas.

Luca - I like Luke, Luca is ok.

Audrey Ella - my favourite for the girls group. Audrey Rose, Audrey Lane, Audrey Jade.

Tegan - ok, not my favourite

Eliza - 2nd favourite. Eliza Jane, Eliza Lucy, Eliza Nicole.

Dorothy - least favourite probably.

but overall lovely names :)

I love love love Luca!! I don't like the other two, but if I had to pick a runner-up, it would be Paul Eli. As for middle names for Luca:

I love love love Audrey Ella! Great choice! My second favorite is Eliza, but I like Audrey much better. I don't really like Tegan or Dorothy. I think Ella is a great middle name, but here are some other suggestions:

Luca is alright, but it seems feminine because of the 'a' at the end.

I'm not a fan of Paul or Abel.

I like Audrey the most. Although Ella doesn't really suit well as a middle name. The 'ee' and the 'eh' close together sounds funny.

I'm not sure about your boy names. I like Paul but I'm not sure about Eli (it sounds funny)...maybe try Paul Elijah? I love Audrey Ella and Eliza. For middle names for Eliza try Rose, Jane, Mae/May, Rae/Ray, Ann, Tegan.

I don't really like any of the boys names. Sorry. Luca is ok though.

And for the girls names, I love Audrey Ella and the name Tegan. Tegan Kate is a cute combo!
