Whats A Good Virtual Drive Program To Make Vertual Drives To Run .ISO Game And DVD Files?

I recently had DEAMON Tool to make vertual drives and run my game.ISO files how ever this dramaticly decreased the speed of my hard drives and resulted in a slow freezing system, do use no of any good programs that make vertual drives without reducing drive speeds much or at all??? thanks for responses in advance =)
