Bring SAT II Spanish up for sure, or take another subject test.

Everything else is pretty good, wouldn't hurt if you increased SAT by 100 more points. I think that's possible.

UC Santa Cruz right? They're not THAT picky.

Don't forget about community service and Recommendations! Other than that I think you're set, but sometimes it depends on luck.
