***What happens when a dairy cow gives birth?****?

Info I need to know:

- Where does the calf go?

- Where does the mother go? (Does it just rejoin the herd)

- Are there any other proceedures that need to take place?

- Any other info would be great!!

    particular they are sent to the works, as culls. relies upon on the breed, and how they are appeared after. some Fresians will milk for ten or so years. as long as a cow can get in calf her life span would be some years. If no longer she will become a cull cow.
