Needle poking feeling on hands..what could this be?

its been few days now that im having this feeling on my right hand. It feels like someone is poking me with a needle or a pin and it happens in different spots from the fingers to the arms and it lasts for a second or so but happens a lot like every few seconds/minute. Im scared it might be MS or something. Im 19 and i do suffer from stress and anxiety. But not sure if stress/anxiety can do that to you. Any ideas?

Update:

ebony a: my hand felt sleep for 2 days in a row every like few seconds? hows that possible?

Could be carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, guyon's canal syndrome... Depends which fingers are hurting.
