It would depend on the environment.
If it was underwater, the squid wins hands down. Monkeys aren't such good swimmers, and the squid would be able to blind it with ink, immobilize its arms with four of its tentacles, and stab it with the remaining ones. No contest.
If it was in a tree, the monkey wins. He'd most likely have his family nearby - ready to provide fire support with coconuts and poop.

In the water or on land?
How many knives?
If in water: Squid
If on land with one knife each: Monkey
If on land with as many knives as appendages: Squid
