Flyaway on bars! help!!!!!!!!!?

Question

Ok when i do a flyaway on the bar i have to spots and everytime i do it i land but my spot says my fat r really close to hitting the bar. U know how u r suppose to shoot out well i make my flyaway escept i lant like right under the bar help! ten points best answer!!

You know when your feet are at the top part of the swing? That's when you need to let you of the bar. Have a look at youtube for some great flyaways.

Let go at the top of your swing than flip without pulling in...
