Everyone is different. On a test, usually after you miss your first period. Physically, you may have cramping the first few days after the sex in question, but nothing major and doesn't happen to everyone. After that, possible throwing up (doesn't have to ONLY be in the morning), maybe sore boobs, a sort of bloated feeling....the list goes on but some people have early symptoms, some none other than their protruding belly. Just get a test. Get two.

every pregnancy is different a lot of ppl get nauseous/morning sickness and being tired a couple weeks after. Some ppl never get symptoms so it really varies

I've never been pregnant but i hear about 2 months in you start getting morning sickness [though not everyone gets that] and 3 months is when you really start telling. Cravings, moody, stuff like that.
