Does any one do the food lovers fat loss system?

I want to loss alittle more weight and i want to know if anyone do the food lovers fat loss system so i can hear it from ur own world of how it worked or didn't work.

    I have a friend that is going to try this program and she was telling me about it. What I understand is that the program is basically a Low Glycemic diet along with exercise. Personally I believe you can research Low Glycemic way of eating online and even buy books and that way save your self the money it costs to buy into it. The program doesn't say that you can eat everything you want all of the time. But you can still eat some of your favorite foods in moderate portion sizes as part of it. But if you are a person that need the support that comes with, this might be something for you worth trying. Best of luck to you!

    If you want lose a little weight, if your weight is not so much you can do this without a program. Just do exercises. But of course a weight loss program will help you more. Because you will have more motivation. I think motivation is really important for a person who wants to lose weight.

    Food Lovers Fat Loss is one of these programs. And creator of this program Robert Ferguson is good at motivation. (I watched him on TV and on Youtube)

    Yes. ......it is a system where one only eats high calorie foods on days with a letter 'd' in them.
