How to melt cheese without using an oven?
i dont have an oven. i have philadelphia cream cheese but its not so creamy though, keeping it in the fridge make it hard. how do i melt it to be used as topping for my bread, etc?

room temp will work,but you cant do that all the time.room temp,fridge..room temp,fridge and so on will create bacteria growth.
the more you leave food at room temp the more bacteria grows..

Just let it set at room temperature for a while, it will be soft enough to spread. If you have a microwave, you could soften it for a few seconds.
