Help me lose weight because i love food.?
I think the reason i am overweight is because i love the taste of food, so i have no portion control. Other than that, i think i eat out of boredom even though im doing things. People say that the next bite of food is going to taste the same as the last but i like the taste. I really need to stop this pattern and lose weight. Any suggestions?
