Will there be any new roster updates for madden 09?

Like will they put the new rookies in and players on their new teams and stuff when madden 10 comes out or are they done

They're done supporting Madden 09, your best bet for all roster updates and rookies and better gameplay/graphics would be in Madden 10.

why would they waste their time doing that? honestly they are exceeding the bar with madden NFL 10, and they are branching off of that. if they havent done it currently, then they probably wont be doing it now
