    well, you will have to graph them then, but to give you the answer

    2x - y = -1

    -4x + 2y = 2

    (2) (2x - y = -1)

    4x - 2y = -2

    -4x + 2y = 2

    -----------------------

    0 = 0

    infiinite number of solutions
