how would you describe the consistency of a marshmallow?

descriptive words? other than Marshmallowy?

    dusty on first touch, when pressed: pillowy, squishes, but is oddly resilient. In mouth: chewy, sweet, sticky.

    i was going to say marshmallowy but since thats not an option, gooey if its cooked and sticky if its not? idk.
