How do you start being a personal trainer?

Like do you have to get certified? This is for Florida. Can someone just give me some information I'm really just curious

talk to people about exercise together.then find out if they have friend that need to exercise. tell them you help them do exercise to get start for a little fee

Yes you have to be certified. There is about 3 months of book work you have to go through. Then you'll have to do a personal training session while a trainer/ instructor watches over you to see how you do and interact with the trainee. If everything goes good then you get certified.
