Is having a glass of red wine everyday for good heart health going to eventually be too hard on the liver?

No, and there are many people that think it actually helps you. It won't bother the liver at all.

Nope, as long as you stick to a glass and not a bottle your body will process that small of an amount of alcohol easily. Its only excessive drinking that can cause problems.

It's actually very beneficial when kept to one-two glasses per day.
