Is 149/70 normal blood pressure if your pregnant?

    It should be no more than 140/90. Usually doctors are happy if the bottom number is within range and your is. Remember our pressures can change moment to moment by what we eat, how we feel, if we've had enough sleep, if someone startles us...

    I would self-monitor my pressure for a couple of days and if it stayed around the same, I would talk to my doctor.

    If your in your third trimester the bp is not that bad. typically in your third trimester your blood pressure increases. the bottom number is how much blood is being pumped at rest. That is the most important number and if its in range which yours is then you should be fine.

    It's a little high but not something I would be really worried about talk to your doctor and see what they advise.
