Gap Inc. Employees Password for Internet?
I'm and employee at Old Navy, and I would like to log on to the website portal.gap.com. It says you have to enter a user ID (employee ID) which I already know. But for the password I thought it was your birthday (that's what a manager where I worked used to log me in while I was at Old Navy) and entering my birthday doesn't work. I've tried calling the help number, but it's really hard to hear and I can't get my password. Thanks so much for your help!

ok when you get to gap portal and it tells you to log in:
put your employee id you got in where it says username
then your password is your birthday :
MM/DD/YYYY then your employee id (no spaces)
then it will ask you to set your own password
(it might say your password has expired for this username and before you type your new password it will ask for your old one which is your birthday and employee id)
then it will ask you to give a validation response and it is the first 2 letters of your last name and your employee id (no spaces)
then you create a security question and the rest is self explanitory :)Source(s): i work at O.N
