    Actually, the sleeping problems have (若是用失眠Insomnolence 要用has 因為是單數) become one of common annoyances for modern people, and made a huge damage to our body and spirit. However, these problems are not generally concern by us. People will not pay high attention in Insomnolence, until they get a physical or psychological problem because of Insomnolence.

    In fact, if your body is always in a fatigued condition, it will drop down your life quality.

    According to the reports of some researches, the quantities of white blood cells that resisted the infection of disease have obviously decreased in the blood of sleepless people, and it has weakened the human’s immunocompetence.

    If people are in bad sleeping condition for long time, they will have a high probability to get the mental diseases (including melancholia and 焦慮症), apoplexy, heart disease, and hypertension.

    For many modern people, it has been proved as a difficult task that people desire to have a good sleep. US Better Sleep Council has (American) published a serial of guidelines regarding getting a good sleep, and this Council emphasized that 「讓大腦在晚上最佳的時刻,才開始一個好的休息。(這句中文有點難,可不可以解釋依下, 是不是說 讓到腦在晚上處在最佳的時刻(狀態))

    Sleeping is occuped the one-third rest of time

    in the life for human being.

    I could understand a bit of what about it.

    Yet truly it was, sleeping have generally the moderns of us

    taken one of disturbance.

    In which for people, the physical and mental action made

    Unfortunately, people pay attention anything, untile

    the trouble of the physical and psychologic body that

    Continuing a tired condition all day long, as a result,

    If it,s unlucky the happening of sleeplessness for a long
