Well idk about last, but Mike Piazza was the last player the Dodgers drafted in the 1988 draft http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mike_Piazza

Mike Piazza was drafted in the 62 round. There might have been more rounds back then, but there are only 50 rounds now.

Not that i can think of right now but i know that Johan Santana was drafted fairly low
