Yes, they are still together. They were on the Men Tell All episode last week and they said they have "talked about getting married" but are not engaged yet. Molly has not moved to Seattle to be with him yet and he didn't really seem all that into her, so I would not be surprised if that ends soon. But as of right now they are still together.
