"Thinking of beautiful things"
or
"Thinking of things that are beautiful."
or
"In thinking of what is beautiful.."
You really need the context of this, so that we can pinpoint it a little better, because it is a little ambiguous.
The second bit, "un amor como tu." means literally,
"a love, like you..."
Again, we would need the surrounding text because the context could be different depending on the sentence.
She could also be speaking ungrammatically and be trying to say "un amor como el tuyo"
which would mean "a love like yours."
So, yeah, hopefully, that helps. We would need more information to be able to be more exact.

Pensando en lo bonito: thinking about tuna
(That's what the translator I always use came up with...maybe you spelt it wrong or maybe the translator was wrong...or maybe it reall means thinking about tuna - I don't know, lol)
un amor como tu: A love like yours
I speak french, and I didn't realise how similar french and spanish were...there you go

Thinking about what is pretty / nice.
(But it would refer, usually, not to things but to situations, memories, etc., I think)
"un amor como tú" - literally : a love like you; meaning: someone who I can love like you / or: someone who can love me like you do / make me feel the same way.
