Broken pipes question?
Want to buy a house (foreclosure, fanny mae). Great price; FHA would approve but there are broken pipes in the crawl space. Can you guesstimate, ballpark what costs we could possibly be looking at not even knowing at this point if there is mold. The house is 1,089 sq ft. Just trying to figure out if it is still worth buying this house because it is otherwise sound. Thank you, Cheryl

you need to hire an inspector or some one that is knowledgeable in construction to get in the crawl and look around there could be many other issues from having broken pipes..... is there sewage under the house? was it leaking for along time and undermined the foundation? there are to many things here spend 200 dollars and have some 1 look at itSource(s): Unemployed Plumber NC will inspect
