Hawthorn, is one of many high blood pressure herbs for the circulation. Globe or Garden Artichoke Cynara Scolymus
Another vegetable from the garden that I will add to my group of high blood pressure herbs is the garden artichoke.
The chrysanthemum flower is added to my choice of high blood pressure herbs because it promotes the dilation of coronary arteries and increases blood flow.
Astragalus is a powerful herb and deserves a place in my list of high blood pressure herbs.
