Well basically, in Fantasy Football you have a draft & you draft the NFL players you want. You get points for all the yards & TDs your players have. You can also draft a teams' defense & you get points for sacks & INTs. It doesnt matter if the team your players play for loses; the only thing that matters are the stats. At the end of the season the person with the most points wins.
