How can I clean a SideKick LX Keypad?

Okay so almost all the keys on the keypad don't work, and I don't wanna pay to get another one, what could be wrong? is it my keypad? can I clean it? how?

You could try to use an alcohol wipe to clean it. It could be that the phone is defective too.If that is the case you can do warranty exchange.
