Can I get the HTC Touch Pro from Sprint, then unlock it, and put it on T-Mobile?

Pro can only be used on CDMA network. T-mobile runs on GSM network. Incompatible and would never work even if phone is unlocked.

Nope. Sprint and T-Mobile use very different cell networks.

You might be able to bring a phone from AT&T to T-Mobile, but not Sprint.
