new-york; thay have all these amazing Broadway shows and if a director comes to a show you're in he may want you in his movie:) and they also have acting classes there but the have those in just about EVERY state.

A 13 Year Old and up should know grammar.

And California. Especially Los Angeles. But take acting classes first. Then get an agent.
