anyone know some cool army books i can read?

yaaaaa...im sort of a gamer and ive gotten into the hobby of reading books about war (fictional books about war) and i was wondering if any of you guys know of some reallllllllllllllllllllly good ones...

ive read all the way from The Hobbit to Tom Clancey so it doesnt really matter to me, as long as it has cool charactors and killing lol

oh and fantasy books are cool with me too...like books with elves, orcs, dwarfs etc. etc....

Harry Turtledove has some excellent war books, including a sci-fi war series. Anything he writes is really good.
