Life is what happens to you while you are making plans about what to do in your life.

Life is all about the journey and the experiences in it. Where I'm going I have no clue. It makes no sense to think that you have planned your life for anything can happen that could disrupt everything you've worked so hard to achieve.

So I just keep living a second after a second hoping that one day, when my journey ends, I've captured just a glimpse of what I've always dreamed of.

I think I'll realize it when I get there, but for now, I'm having fun and learning all sorts of interesting stuff.

increasing your ability, well-being etc goes hand-in-hand with an increase in awareness.

So you definately know when its happening and after it has happened.

you know when youre feeling messed up, right?

same thing in reverse.
