Thats a light smokey eye with some liner in the inner lids.

no, she's not wearing much make up..

first thing you should put on is liquid foundation.

then you should put on compact.. just so your face will look flawless.

then you'll need to put on a bit of blush and remember just add blush

to your cheekbones. and work your way down, don't put too much..

and all she has that i can see is eyeliner and mascara..

shes doing a more natural look. shes wearing a little bit of blush on her upper cheeks, a basic outline of eyeliner and most likely mascara, and a light brown eye shadow. basic but pretty look
