I'll assume you are looking for an undergrad.

Everything is on the application site which is fairly organized:

http://www.ucas.ac.uk/

Basically, you are only allowed to apply to 5 universities by January.

Here are a list of schools that offer marketing:

Out of that list, the best schools to look at are probably the University of Manchester and Royal Holloway.
