You're looking for single and double quotes for those symbols: 25', 25".

The single quote means "feet", the double quote means "inches".

its 42 7/8 inches, if you're used to the metric system, a foot is about 1/3 of a meter and an inch is 1/12 of a foot.

I believe what you meant to type was 25' and 25''. The single hash mark signifies feet and the double hash mark signifies inches. To express a person's five-foot-six height using this notation would appear as follows: 5' 6''

I have to watch the Stonehenge scene in Spinal Tap to remember (18" is 18 inches ... not 18 feet!)
