In the USA, why is prostitution only legal in some Nevada counties?

Why isn't prostitution legal in all of the USA? In Nevada's legal brothels. all of the crime associated with prostitution does not exist. Women work at the brothels because they want to and not because they are destitute or drug attics.

Because the Nevada law restricts prostitution to counties under "x" population (I forget the exact #). You need a large population to support that industry so only 2 counties close by gambling centers (one near Las Vegas, one near Reno) have a chance of surviving. RJ

the US isn't a loose country. there are legislation and morals that we comply with. Now how are we loose once more? The government has velocity limits, and constructing allows for, and loss of life tax. besides, the purpose why prostitution is unlawful is bc nearly all of ppl are towards it. And how wud rape, STDs and intercourse slavery slash? im harassed in your common sense right here..... there's no proof to aid that.
